Unless otherwise arranged, payments are due within the same day of receiving the invoice. The consignor’s credit is required to collect shipments. If the consignee fails to pay within the specified period, the consignor will be responsible for all charges.
To file a claim, submit it in writing to Got Couriers LLC within the same day from the shipmentâs acceptance date. Claims for loss or damage will not be processed until all transportation charges have been settled. Claim amounts cannot be deducted from transportation fees.
Some Rates are calculated for packages based on the Area. Prices are subject to change without notice.
